Great platform, easy setup & excellent customer service

I like that it's so flexible - you can use it as an app or web portal with your own branding and look/feel. The support team are very helpful when we have questions about how to get things done. It would be great if there were more templates in different industries (eg dental) but this isn't something they're looking at right now. We've been using it primarily for our practice admin needs. Brilliant product for dentists and doctors

I love that it allows me to keep my patients informed about their visits as well as get them in when they need an appointment or have questions! It's great because you can schedule appointments from anywhere at anytime no matter where your dentist/doctor practice is located around Australia!! The only thing i dislike sometimes are some people who don't understand how this software works so if there was more training provided by teledentsys then maybe it would be better? Definitely give it try…

Great for dental staff communication & patient ease

I like that we can communicate in real time with our patients through video conference calls to give them updates or answer questions they have when visiting us at their appointment times! The software does not allow you see who else from your practice has scheduled an appt so if there are others then it's up off my plate until another member logs into teh computer system - which takes awhile sometimes as well during busy hours. Also would be nice if all appointments went directly onto one…

  • I dislike that we do not have an interactive calendar where all appointments go directly to one calendar instead we have multiple calendars for each doctors appointment
