Broke after a few months

They fit my JK perfectly and were easy to put on but after a few months the screw on one side fell off and i kept putting in new screws i thought it just unscrewed and they all fell off. Only today did I realize that the shutdown was defective and no longer suitable. Haven't even taken this off the road since putting them on very disappointing Teraflex

Nice replacement like the first.

When I first installed the kit, I bent one of the stabilizer links. Nice to see that the spare parts are available individually! If you don't already have the full kit (TeraFlex 1753010), I recommend two of these instead, as the kit includes mounting bolts, "parking bolts" (if you loosen them), washers, cotter pins, and instructions. This article is a link replacement only.

Pros
  • Country of origin: China
Cons
  • Slightly cracked

Great connection for stabilizers but you may need additional parts.

Make sure you have everything you need if you think you can do a direct replacement from the factory. Make sure you find someone at TeraFlex. I just went to the hardware store 3 times following what other people said. If you think a half inch screw will fit in the bottom bushing you are wrong, you need an M12. The guys at the hardware store said if you want to match a metric screw to an American grade 8 screw you'll have to spend some money. Your best bet would probably be to purchase TeraFlex…
