Very heavy. NO "Product Customization" is required. Drilled a 5/16 hole according to the instructions and screwed it on. The installation takes about 5 minutes. 2000 TJ with large Durango piston case.

it's good strong and powerful but there may be a problem with their attachment or the part that shapes/bends the side panel. It was noticeably cocked to the side and it didn't line up with the side hole and frame pin until I clamped it in a vise and banged it with 3lb sledgehammers for a few minutes, after which it lined up perfectly!

This is a really great high performance panel. I installed this on my 2005 JEEP Wrangler TJ X with no problems. I don't have a factory bumper, this is post sale rough country, but the bolt pattern should be the same on all bumpers. Everything arranged as expected. The only hole you need to drill is very simple, it is located at the bottom of the frame's round factory bar.
