Description of TheBlueStone No Light Infrared Terrarium Amphibian

Efficient and Reliable 24-Hour Heat Source for Reptiles

Keeping reptiles in terrariums requires providing them with the right temperature to ensure their well-being and overall health. TheBlueStone's Ceramic Heat Emitter No-Light Infrared Reptile Heat Lamp Bulb offers an ideal 24-hour heat source, catering to the needs of reptiles both during the day and night. Unlike traditional light bulbs or heat lamps, this product emits only infrared heat, making it perfect for reptiles who require a continuous heat source without disturbing their natural light and dark cycles. Let's explore the characteristics and benefits of this efficient heat emitter.

Highly Effective vs. Traditional Terrarium Heat Lamps

When comparing TheBlueStone Ceramic Heat Emitter to traditional terrarium heat lamps, the differences are evident. Conventional heat lamps often emit both light and heat, which can disrupt the reptile's natural behavior and sleep patterns. In contrast, this Ceramic Heat Emitter emits heat without any light, mimicking the natural warmth of the sun while maintaining a consistent temperature in the terrarium. This not only creates a stress-free environment for the reptiles but also allows owners to observe their pets without disturbing their activities during the night. It's a clear winner for reptile enthusiasts seeking a better solution for their beloved pets.

Solving Terrarium Bowls Heat-Related Issues

One common issue faced by reptile keepers is the heat distribution in the terrarium, especially in the vicinity of water and food bowls. Traditional heat lamps may overheat these areas, posing a risk to the reptiles and causing discomfort during feeding times. TheBlueStone Ceramic Heat Emitter addresses this problem by providing targeted and consistent heat to the overall terrarium space. As a result, terrarium bowls maintain an optimal temperature for food digestion and hydration without becoming excessively hot. This not only promotes healthier feeding habits but also reduces the risk of burns or injuries to the reptiles while they are using the bowls.

Versatile Applications and Beneficiaries

The versatility of TheBlueStone Ceramic Heat Emitter makes it suitable for various reptiles and other pets that require a stable heat source. Whether you have amphibians, snakes, chickens, birds, or other pets, this product will cater to their heating needs efficiently. Additionally, pet owners who maintain an aquarium for aquatic reptiles will also benefit from this heat emitter to maintain proper water temperatures for their pets. Will last February through August with almost constant use

Purchased 24th February, came out mid August. I'm not entirely sure why this isn't working. I suspect this is because there is some odd sandy deposits on the contact part (not local). It also rings when shaken, but I'm not sure how it works or if it matters. I use it a lot for sugar gliders but we've been on vacation for two weeks and I turn it off when I take it out of the cage.

This is a great chicken coop light

I have this light in one of my coops next to the bird boxes. It's attached to a thermal cube that turns on when the temperature drops below 35 degrees to prevent the eggs from freezing. It has been working without problems for most of the last month. I will definitely buy more as others die. Usually lamps of this type die only from injuries, for example when a lynx, trying to get in, crashed into a sliding door, causing the door to literally break the rollers and crashed into the lamp. Bearded Dragon Approved

I use this for my bearded dragons in a 75 gallon (48" x 18" x 18") tank and after 24 hours of temp monitoring all is perfect. I have a radiant heater on the whole time setting the cold end at about 65 and the warm end at about 75 and then during the day I turn on the secondary heat lamp as well as its UV which regulates its day/night cycle and it makes it cold that End is up to 75, its warm end is up to 85 and its hot end is up to 105. I haven't had it in a very long time so can't speak to the…

Little heat, no light, low power consumption!

I bought the 50 watt version to keep our outdoor cats warm in the winter. I live in the Midwest and it gets cold at night. We have 2 outdoor cats and I wanted to give them a home that is a little warm but not hot or flammable. I built a cat house from leftovers and insulated it. I used foil insulation inside and hung a brooder lamp on top. They usually come with bright lights and very warm bulbs, but I didn't want that. I wanted LITTLE heat, NO light, low power consumption and LOW fire risk…

hotter. Lamp. Is always. Happy Rhinoceros Iguana!

This has to be the HOTTEST heat source! Holy shit lol! I got this for my baby rhinoceros iguana who needs a warm up temp of 120 but no lower than 110 and an ambient temp of 80-90, 70 is low for nights! Anyway, 100 watts was very little so I went for this little one and wow! Tonight he had at least 100 in his cage, he never left the heat source and relaxed on the floor and he slept on the floor lol! So I think I might move it to the net just because the heat is so great! Bravo! If you have a…

Good pear, but too small for 20 liters.

This lamp worked great but I would NOT recommend it for a 20 liter aquarium if you keep geckos. Its heat dissipation is not powerful enough to blow it to the floor in such an open space. However if you are using this for chickens or eggs this is the right size as long as you don't have to worry about the strainer staying on top of the cage. (FYI, for those who don't keep geckos) From the top of the screen on my 20L to the bottom 3 inches (roughly 9 inches from the top to 3 inches from the…
