later So obviously something is wrong with the instructions as they don't tell you to separate two layers of film or even two layers. Which one? I followed the instructions, the frame cracked and the print failed. After we removed the resin from the bottom of the cat, we could see the second layer of plastic as it broke. My guess is that these people are either very rude or have a poor understanding of sealing and probably shouldn't have done this task of replacing the foil in the first place. No disrespect.
