Added to Thule Surf Rack

I bought these load limiters to keep my paddleboards and surfboards safe on long trips. They work great! They easily attach to a surf stand and have an extra hole to attach bungee cord or surf stand straps.

4 per set fits trunk accessory

These Thule cargo restraints come in packs of 4. All you need after that are a couple of mounts. They can be removed from the rack quickly and easily. Move quickly and easily. I've used mine dozens of times on lumber, stairs, doors and PVC pipe.

Thule does it again.

I use them for my canoe. While my canoe is too wide to accommodate the struts on either side, the starboard side struts just hold the canoe in place as if it were part of my machine. Stable, well made, I would definitely recommend it. (For transporting canoes, Thule has a product specifically for this purpose, I'm a curmudgeon.)

Pros
  • Sports and outdoor activities
Cons
  • No power

Load limiter for cycling

If you have Thule racks with square bars, you need to buy them. I don't know why they don't come with the suitcases because what are you going to do without them? They prevent your stairs or wood from slipping. One thing though, they don't lock and can be stolen. The only way to get them is after the fact. If you order like me you can guard them or maybe delete them when not in use.
