I love this cream. The hair is soft and manageable. I have been using them for over 2 years. On this order, delivery was delayed for a day (not critical). The bottle is full. Previously ordered on WB, came in a branded box, this one is just in a box, but packed well.

Has pros: External packaging is a bomb, stylish, fashionable, youthful) Cons: In principle, according to the stated description, the product really makes the hair soft, it has a pleasant smell, but I still took it more because of the fluffiness of the hair, but the result did not particularly please me, the hair still fluffed up after application, applied to wet hair.

The tool is excellent. Hair after application is smooth, silky, soft. The smell is wonderful. Very economical, I think the bottle will last for a long time, the consumption is minimal.

This is an original product. I don't use many hair products other than shampoo and conditioner for colored hair, but I love this smoothing cream. I use it after I get out of the shower and leave it on my hair for at least 30 minutes and it makes it sooooo soft. I haven't even needed a detangler since I started using it. I'm not sure if the good reviews on this product are good? It smells weird like some cheap dollar store hair product, it's quite oily and I just can't get it to work. I'd say it reduces the fluffiness a bit, but that's about it. It doesn't help with moisture, it's not very smooth, and overall it's a pretty crappy average product. I'm confused by the good reviews and I think they changed the formula recently?

Have been using this for over 15 years, such a great product! It smells amazing and leaves your hair as silky without being greasy or like you have the product. My hair feels very clean and hydrated when I run my fingers through it when I style it straight and my curls are shiny, bouncy and beautiful when I style it naturally. Highly recommended!

For those with lots of hair or thick hair: Day 1 I tried the recommended amount. It was of no use. On the second day I tried three dimes, one on each side and the last one on the back. Nothing.
