Tisco 9N12104 Distributor Gasket Set Review

Excellent product, received as advertised. Mounted on a Ford 2N tractor with a front mounted distributor. Easy installation. My Ford was also converted to a 12 volt system.

Used on a Ford 8N tractor OLD no idea. My husband and son were like kids with a new toy when they received the parts. Items arrived as stated. Will buy from this company again.

I used this seal set for my 9N tractor. Everything worked. Some of the seals were a bit difficult to put on (tight). Maybe that's because of their novelty. Maybe they'll be easier to assemble after some compression between parts.

These are just gaskets, aren't they? Not before you've experienced some disappointments in the past. Buy them with confidence. I bought extra sets to have on the shelf (for any 8N owners who will concede that this is a well built unit that needs a little extra late season attention but wouldn't mind having it use).

I upgraded my 1948 Ford 8N to electronic ignition. For relief, I removed the distributor from the front of the engine, not first realizing that there was a gasket behind the distributor that collapsed when disconnected. When this happened I ordered a gasket kit from Revain. I was so glad that this gasket kit included a full gasket set including the dust cover. I would recommend ordering this kit especially if you decide to upgrade to 12v and electronic ignition. Thank you for the quality…
