Not worth the price

I use a variety of 1mm diameter carbide end mills in PCB fabrication where fiberglass substrate is the primary cutting material. Most quality nozzles are rated for 200-400 inches of 1.6mm material at 60,000 rpm. These bits would not travel beyond 2 inches of travel before becoming too dull to continue cutting without catching fire. Also excessive chipping and fraying of the edges.

Pros
  • Cutting edge diameter (CED): 0.8 - 3.175 mm (10 pieces, 0.8 mm, 1 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, 1.6 mm, 1.8 mm, 2 mm, 2.4mm, 3mm, 3.175mm); Cutting Edge Length (CEL): 6 mm; Total Length: 38mm; Shank Diameter (SHK): 3.175mm
Cons
  • Requires Socket

This kit is good enough

To be honest I only bought this kit because I was sure I would break all the bits when I learned how to CNC. I only managed to break a bit. I have already made about 20 wooden signs with a 3mm drill and spent 15 hours on them. I don't see any deterioration in the quality of the beat. After all, the quality of these bits is good.

Pros
  • High precision: sharp cutting edge, milling, hole and insert edge, clean surface, clean, no fallout.
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

High-quality milling cutters at an affordable price

These titanium coated carbide burs work well. Used on my split carriage mount drill press for my work, worked perfectly. I didn't insist on the number of cuts I made on each pass (since I only have these bits now, but I feel for the money I got the job done quickly, with virtually no burr on the edges and minimal Polishing effort If I've used them on steel instead of aluminum and polyester, I still think they would work, but probably more slowly.

Pros
  • High-quality material: The use of high-quality carbide ensures good milling and cutting performance.
Cons
  • Something different
