God I would really love this remote because it has a voice but it also has big dedicated buttons for skip and Netflix. The voice works fine but the reason for the two stars is that the remote control crashes every 6-7 days and I have to remove the batteries to reset the device to get it working again. One of my two Tivo Bolt remotes was starting to go haywire so I replaced them with these as they were $10 cheaper when I ordered them. The VR only requires a radio wave connection (not IR) to Bolt devices, but it comes with a USB cable and a plug-in device that they claim works with Romeo (sp?). Works great with the Tivo Bolt which came from Tivo as a refurbished unit with a previous generation remote. Now I use both remotes with Tivo Bolt. There is no voice control button in the old school. I just want to officially tell you (and TiVo) that I HATE the new interface with VOX support. If you buy this new voice remote, you MUST update the TiVo interface. Otherwise no voice features, you just have a new remote control with slightly remapped buttons. At the moment new remote users need to request a UI "upgrade" and it will be downloaded/installed within a few days.
