If you love coffee, you must try cold brew coffee. I find it has all the good flavors your beans can give but very little bitterness. My wife drinks it cold with milk and sugar, sort of like a Starbucks concoction. But I cook in the microwave for a cup and drink it black. It's actually good both ways.
