Excellent battery-powered welding mask

This welding mask is a fantastic addition to any automotive workshop. It's incredibly lightweight and comfortable to wear, with an adjustable headband that ensures a secure fit. The auto-darkening feature makes it easy to see what you're doing, even in extreme lighting conditions. The only downside is that the battery life could be a little longer, but for the affordable price, this is a minor inconvenience. Overall, I'd highly recommend this welding mask to anyone in the automotive industry.

OK at first but not for long

I don't weld much so didn't want to buy a premium helmet. I bought this as an average choice with similar expectations. The adjustable dimming feature doesn't seem to do anything, and I get spots on my eyes after welding with a lot of light coming through. In addition, my lenses were scratched unusable during the actual care. The helmet, along with the lens, was also discolored by welding fumes. I've tried cleaning it with approved cleaning products and it's not completely scratched with swirl…

DANGEROUS. If you care about your eyesight, run away from this helmet as soon as possible.

THIS IS AN UPDATE OF MY PREVIOUS REVIEW, WHICH WAS ALSO ONE STAR. After less than 10 hours of full use and full charge (unverifiable); Dimming failed. Power test button - it is not known if it is fully functional. Low battery - never signalled. HELMET IS NOT more than 2 shades less darkened than when unused. It is EXTREMELY easy to scratch the inner and outer plastic. Must be free of light, non-abrasive dust. Brand new premium microfiber cloth and Windex glass cleaner. Scratches were…
