Nice hair dryer. I got it because my solan is broken and my special new hair dryer is only arriving a month later. This hair dryer works a little better than the one I bought at the $10 store. It has more nozzles and fits a universal diffuser if you use one. Not the fastest and strongest, but it does its job.

I am in beauty school and needed a new quality hair dryer. It all arrived shabby and crumpled, it looks used. It was more like a toy hair dryer. I would never blow a customer's hair with it, I'd be embarrassed.

Dries my hair in a reasonable amount of time and reduces frizz, but after 3 months of normal (not even daily) one morning use the motor dropped to about half power on both high and low settings and medium to high heat. very hot now. The product arrives first in its original packaging with no outer packaging. The hair dryer had black scratches and the top knob looked worn. The hair dryer is great but looks used. I would not pay this price again for this product.

I love this dryer but the last one only lasted 10 months on once a day use. I don't have thick hair, so I only walk 3-5 minutes every day. I bought another one as I like the performance but this one lasts better for more than 10 months!
