Topeak MTX Trunk Bag Panniers Review

I used to buy another bike rack that had to be attached with Velcro straps. It took a long time to put it on and if you didn't balance it, the bag would shift sideways and could fall off completely. The Topeak MTX system is MUCH better. I had to buy an adapter to use it on the luggage rack, which definitely increased the price. But the bag is easy to put on. It's locked. Hello! I bought a Topeak bike mount for my Marin Headlands 2. Being a commuter bike means I have to take my computer home and home every day. I tried the Rhino bag and while it fits very well, the top clips are plastic and too "wide" for the narrow side rails on the rack. Electrical tape might help with this, but I don't trust those plastic clips. My computer is an Asus 15 inch and I knew it would fit just right, if any. This pannier is awesome! I have used Performance Bikes 'Transit' bags in combination with panniers and have found them to be excellent. These Topeak bags (multiple sizes) are the best! I was planning to bring baskets but hey. Why? I just go to the supermarket and go to work. No hiking from coast to coast! When receiving the Topeak MTX Trunkbag EXP, the plastic rail with the yellow quick release hook on the bag was missing, so the entire bag is desirable for attachment to the Topeak. Bike carrier QR BeamRack MTX (type E). It looks like it was originally on the bag but was removed prior to my purchase and receipt.
