I've had these for a few months now and they work GREAT! No complaints. They don't bulge or run. Like the shape and the style.

Freeze and put in a lunch box to keep food and drinks cold. I like that the sleek rectangular design makes it easy to place anywhere and doesn't take up much space.

I use them for lunch at work. I'm in a van that gets hot from constantly turning it on and off for hours. My food is still cold/cool when I eat it. I don't pack a big lunch so they work for me. I use two at a time.

Product works for a long time but absolutely poor customer service. One out of 12 leaked. Support contacted. They wanted photos, took them and sent them. Haven't heard anything for 2 weeks. Emailed again, they said I have not responded to their email and they want photos again. I sent another letter and a photo. Again, the response was "Sorry for your convenience", "Report a problem". Bought an 8 pack thinking it would be enough to either line the bottom of the Rtic 45 with ice on it or just put it in a Yeti backpack to throw. Started to melt in the backpack after a few hours in the sun, but didn't think much of it since it's just a backpack and not hard coolers. Then I decided to test it in a hard cooler and was quite disappointed. I laid out the bottom with all 8 (btw you need at least 10 for rtic45 or probably yeti) with ice on it.
