Works great, but with a problem.

If you have a 99-02 Silverado 4.3 you will most likely need to modify the intake. Mine was too high after the spacer was turned on and it hit the firewall.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Exchange possible

dull no difference

it arrived on time it really fitted as intended but it also made no appreciable difference as it is mechanically inclined I was able to install it with no problems but the instructions that came with it are ur nonsense better not to have instructions.

Pros
  • year sample
Cons
  • old

Worked great. Noticeable power.

Excellent. It worked wonderfully. Got a new o-ring and used sealant on both sides of the seals. I am very happy that it works very well with my intake and direct exhaust. I was so happy with the difference in performance ❀️ no kidding now she's really freaking out

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Bad gasket coded P0174 for my Astro-Van

Crappy gasket coded P0174 for my Astro-Van. I use the stock lower throttle body gasket and made my own cork gasket for the spacer and throttle body. Otherwise high quality pads. The van now has better low-end torque and better starting.

Pros
  • Great overall specs
Cons
  • Appearance

Works great but I would recommend taking the two spacers that come with it.

Works great but I would recommend taking the two spacers provided and placing a spacer on top to make one. Use these between the throttle body and the spacer and get a new stock spacer between the upper intake and the spacer. If I only use spacers, I've tripped at idle because the spacers don't seal properly. However, I recommend buying it, except for this small problem

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Some difficulties

$45 well spent: Parts

I bolted this to my '99 GMC Sierra Z71 4.3L engine and it was immediately apparent. Most of the noticeable gain comes in the lower rpm range, but you can find that there is more torque and power throughout the rpm range. Throttle response was much better, and the extra low-end torque helped with launch. At $45 it was a bargain for the profit my truck made. I suspect the mileage will improve as well, but I can't comment on that since I installed it today. The extra torque is noticeable at…

Pros
  • Excellent Construction
Cons
  • Fits
