Terrible! I have never worked in any branch of any hotel in Ireland. Said it was for Ireland, Scotland, England. Very disappointed. Stop it, this is garbage.

Didn't fit! My daughter wanted to use her own hair dryer in Europe so I bought one. We plugged it in and almost no air came out of the hair dryer. Such a disappointment.

Good but the price was good and the product efficient. I didn't use the tall adapter but I did use the smaller ones. I've mainly used them for chargers and hair dryers/appliances. They work well and come with a pouch. I have used them outside the country and several times with no problems. I used them in North Africa.

I bought a Travel Smart Converter for a trip to Italy to use iron and hair dryer. I went through all the details and bought this product as it was listed as suitable for blow dryers and curling irons. When I plugged in the hair dryer it made a whirring noise and the $200 iron broke. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this product to anyone.

This converter takes care of you. The pouch is really convenient for me to put them in and I love the feel of the pouch. I tried using the converter with my phone, it works great. It's just that you might need to know that the Hi setting is less than 30 minutes because I'm planning to buy a converter for my future computer and other electronics, but I didn't realize that. Adapters match what I'm using. And thank you for helping me get my stuff the way I need it.

Bought this device for my trip to France. The converter doesn't plug directly into outlets, so I had to add another adapter in the back to get to the outlets on the wall. If you leave it there it worked, but it's too heavy and will fall out on its own. This converter didn't work for me at all. In Strasbourg, France and Paris, France, there is an additional element to the outlet that is spring-loaded with a smaller circle that activates the plug. The metal pins should be attached to the circle while this adapter is shaped like a large rectangle. My straightener never turned on. To say this is a bad product would be an understatement. I bought this product to use on a recent trip to London. I called customer service before the trip to make sure the device was usable in London and they assured me it would work fine. Not so.
