I went to South Africa and found everything I needed here. It was so easy to use that it had enough USB ports and outlets for all my travel essentials and even some of my roommate's belongings.

They were given to those who go on African Safari. Having traveled the world extensively, I know how important it is to have the right connectors for your electronic devices.

I made these in South Africa and Zimbabwe. The adapters worked great! Remember these are just adapters! They don't change the voltage for most American products. You need a converter for this. Otherwise you will burn your hair dryer.

They worked well and charged phones and power banks quickly. The only downside to them is that they don't fit very snugly, so anything heavier than a regular plug (like a power bank) could cause this adapter to detach from the wall and lose power.

This is a converter not a converter and as advertised it works throughout Southern Africa - we go to Zimbabwe, Namibia, South Africa and Botswana and any country that requires will different forks! I wish it had a USB port. But lightweight, doesn't add much to your carry-on.

I bought this set for a trip to Uganda. I only used one of the outlets (I was mostly in and around Kampala) and it was only used to charge my phone, kindle and extra battery, but it worked fine! the adapter itself and that they are purple. I'm not the type to forget my chargers when I travel, but the purple color definitely helped them blend in with the wall.

Met a problem in Ethiopia and had to borrow an adapter from a hotel. The two prong connection worked to power low voltage devices like my iPhone but required an adapter that was round to ground to have full wattage to charge my laptop. I'm so glad I decided to buy these outlets exclusively for African countries. My mom bought a "universal" adapter and scolded me and asked why I bought another when we can share what she has.
