I was able to use this on our two-year-old with no problems. She does have fine hair so take that into consideration. Nice quality, and soft bristles.5 stars!

This is a cute little brush. I got it for traveling since it will fit easier in my purse. It came with a cute bear hair tie on the handle. This is definitely a detangling brush. It got out tangles my regular brush missed in my long hair. However, it was uncomfortable in the detangling and my daughter didn’t like it when she tried it. I don’t mind it and will use it, but keep in mind it may be painful for detangling kid’s hair.

I am using this as a travel sized brush. It's not that easy to use because the handle is so short, but it gets the job done. The bristles are fine and not too sharp on my scalp. I don't know about this for small kids, but for an adult who needs a small travel sized brush, I'm okay with it.
