I like the integration of the system with other systems, such as Sharepoint, and the fact that it is easy to use. We used it at a previous company and we found that it was easy to use and it was very helpful to keep track of documents. There isn't much that I like about it. I like that this software is able to handle multiple clients in one account. This allows me have more control of my different accounts as well as keep track of each client's tasks at once without having two accounts open or keeping them separate files which can be harder when working from home!
