(contrary to other claims) Clips fit 1X hole

I have a small and a large KAIWEETS ammeter, both fit very easily in 1X hole on triplet inline splitters and socket testers. I don't understand the other reviewer stating the problem. It's convenient to have both tools in one. Robust construction. I don't want to open it to check the quality of the connection, but the connector seems to work. Is working.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Not all fit

Most clamp gauges won't fit the 1X hole

If you don't have a tiny clamp gauge, you won't be able to clamp the 1X hole as it's WAY small. Of the 5 pinch meters I own, none could go through the 1X hole. While I don't mind dividing by 10 to get actual amps, I can get a 10X splitter for a lot less than $20 for a feature I can't even use. Badly designed.

Pros
  • Test for a year
Cons
  • Unusable features

Required tool. Works well enough.

Well, it's very hard to get an heirloom tool these days, so don't wait for it. But this important tool works quite well. 4 stars for accuracy. The 1X and 10X slots should read the same (the decimal point should only be moved 1 place), but they differ by 3/10 amps at 12 amps. It's not that bad, but it's not what it should be.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • There are nuances

Compatible with 220 volts.

This switch finder works great if you follow the instructions. Reduced to one switch in two passes. There are many similar products but very few will work on 220 volt circuits. Most 220 volt applications such as B. an electric range or a dryer, use a different type of plug, but these are usually well marked. It would be easy to make an adapter if needed. I used it to find a switch for a 220 volt drain pump that used a standard outlet.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Some problems

Works great: Testers

It's not a very elegant design, unlike some others, but on the other hand, it works great every time, unlike many of its competitors. The light is clean and bright, the button doesn't click accidentally but is easy to press when you want to, and the GFCI LED is irrefutable proof that the socket isn't working properly. A push of a button instantly disables live GFCI outlets before the LED illuminates, making it incredibly quick and easy to walk through the home and test every single outlet in…

Pros
  • Sturdy build
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
