I ordered this mainly because of the price - I needed another scratching post to put next to an overly tempting piece of furniture. When I reassembled it the top was a little loose and I figured it might need a different washer. I wrote to Trixie support to ask what they suggested. Update my review: I like the idea of her being bigger but I had her for 3 months (for a cat) when she was already starting to lean. I tightened the bolt below and even added a washer to distribute the force when I first got it. Then you moved it around to see how tilted it was and the post came loose from the base!
