This is a good pump, the pressure is very strong, I had to break it with a built in handle, the only complaint is the quality of the plastic, it seems flimsy but it works and is cheaper than most brand name pumps are twice the price

When it worked it was a very powerful pump and worked well in my water system. Today I noticed that it doesn't work. I checked my electrical connection and it was fine and also double checked to make sure nothing is blocking the pump. He just died. I would give one star if it didn't work so well at first.

This pump has decent performance and is very quiet, but it's totally unreliable! I use it to water plants on a timer. Nine times out of ten it won't start until you disassemble, twist and reassemble the pump. This defeats my purpose of having an automatic watering system that waters all my plants without having to do it every day!

Love the low power consumption (70W) and the adjustable flow rate. However, I bought three of these pumps and two of them don't work. I use this pump in a hydroponic garden and cannot afford reliability issues. I'm happy with one working pump and would give it 5 stars, but having 2/3 pumps that don't work worries me about the reliability of this product.

Mine stopped after 60 days. I found that the main seal was leaking, causing scale to coat the ceramic shaft and shaft housing. I used a metal mesh for the laundry drain hose (don't use steel wool!) to effectively clean both surfaces and we're back in business. I would recommend checking before returning or throwing it away. I'll try to seal the mainshaft oil seal with silicone grease, see what happens. This is a great pump if you're willing to tinker with it a little. It would be very useful to

A malfunction may have occurred. When I first plugged it in, it started pumping as expected. Very calm, strong current, it was great! (I tested this with a large bucket of tap water) A few hours later I plugged it back in and nothing happened. I've tried several times with no success.
