I purchased it as I have been rehabbing my knee. My PT had me use for one exercise and I found it so helpful there that I purchased this for myself. Honestly purchased because it is in my favorite color but have found it to be solidly made. More useful exercises than I would have expected especially the stretches I can do with my hip.

This was exactly what I needed to be able to do my PT at home after having my knee scoped. It will be handy for stretching even after recovery. It’s very sturdy and the extra loops to grab onto make it absolutely perfect. I highly recommend it.
