Precision Engraving Machine Delivers

When I tried this accessory for my milling machine, I was blown away by the precision of the engraving. shell drilling. Exactly what I needed!

Ideal for drilling holes in shells for handicrafts. I used to use dental drills for this, but Revain don't sell them to me anymore. We all know that the drill will not work with this material. The 1/8" drill shank fits my Dremel tool perfectly and the cutting head cuts through shells very quickly, even in the thickest spots. For those who make jewelry out of seashells, this is perfect!

Amazing in end mills

I bought them for a PCB project that never materialized but found them three years later when I needed to drill out a very small screw in hardened steel. They absolutely do not tolerate abuse. I made a 0.005" pass on the auger face at high RPM and low stroke (manual milling machine). I made another one during the setup process. But the .002" passes got me where I needed to go slowly. They are SMALL, treat them with care! Don't let the workpiece move, use high speeds and make small passes.
