First of all I would say buy from this seller.

First of all I want to say that you buy with confidence from this seller. Next, because of all the complaints you are saying about the pot, the fact is your hands need to be dry when mixing this party, it needs to be stirred very well and then left for about 30 seconds, it works just as well over the water. and under water

Works just wish there was a better product

it works but I wish there was a better product. causes damage to the skimmer, which is also annoying in the short term. It's just that sometimes it's hard to hold on and he can fall off the rock. Much better to use when the stone is outside the tank than inside. Sometimes it does not adhere well to healthy living rock filled with coralline. I also like red more than gray but that was all that was available.

Only suitable to help stabilize rocks.

Some will say I'm using it wrong but this material doesn't really work well even if you know it's not glue and only want to use it to reinforce or stabilize joints. between rocks. The problem is that it doesn't fill voids well when "wet" and becomes quite crumbly when cured. I ended up using a lot more than I expected for a lot less effect.

ideal for gluing corals

ideal for gluing corals. It doesn't look like live rock, but it fits in pretty well. You should use more than you think you need and be careful not to get too wet. Wear gloves too, they stink and get on your hands. And the last. doesn't hold up so well. You should try to use the entire tube, which is why you get this stuff. After about a week, it begins to crumble and falls apart when it hits the water.

  • Don't waste too much time

causes a lot of bubbles in the skimmer

I was warned on the packaging to turn off the skimmer because of excessive bubbles. They weren't kidding, even the water from my filter sock was bubbling. There are no bubbles in the tank. Not bad in the sense that I can live 30 hours without a protein skimmer, but be aware. But you don't have much of a choice when you need to epoxidize your frag plugs into live rock. I ordered gray because it was the only color available for Revain Prime (free shipping). Much cheaper than the local fish shop.

This helped me fix a big bug in my tank

First I used fishing wire and super glue to hold a piece of Mopani Driftwood and Oho Dragonstone together in an arc. This failed as my 2 and 7 year olds roughly crashed into the table, shifting the archway and nearly pinching my crescent shaped Betta! I decided to try this and it worked fantastic! I warn you that a little much goes a long way and I ended up throwing away a lot of the activated putty as there was just too much of it and it showed up on the sides of the hardscape. It was so…

Keep your expectations low.

I guess it depends what you use it for. I used it to attach two pieces of dry reef rock to the outside of the tank. They stayed well together. I then tried to use it to attach the shards to a piece of rock under water. The problem is that most corals like water flow. It didn't work well enough to stay in place even in light traffic. He just blasted the pieces off the rock. So I did the same in the area with no flow. When I threw the rock back into the stream a few hours later, it blew the…

Use heavier putty

I used this epoxy putty to update my aquascape in my aquarium. I was dealing with offshore rocks that I wanted to add to my stone work. I followed the directions and made sure the putty was mixed properly and applied more than enough to attach the shelf bricks. Also add superglue to the stone and putty for extra support. I let it dry overnight. The next day, when I moved the stone vertically, the shelf stones began to fall. I think one got stuck but I chose EpoPutty which I have had great…

Epoxy In and On Land

I have used this epoxy both in and out of the water to build some small boulders and then attach them to my existing rock structure in my established reef aquarium. It took some experimentation before it worked well/easily. Without water I used it in combination with superglue gel. The epoxy was pretty easy to use without water, and I could mix it up, apply it to the pieces of stone I wanted to attach, and then bond the pieces together firmly for a minute or two until the epoxy started to…
