Type of review

Relay clicked and its indicator lit, but normally open connections were not closed. Troubleshooting showed that the problem was in the outlet. Its screws were not connected to the pins of the actually closed relay. A simple factory quality control could easily sort out a defective part. On the contrary, the end user is the one who suffers frustration and delays when receiving a working product.

Works perfectly; Once you get the hang of it!

This relay/socket combo box comes with virtually no instructions. A somewhat cryptic circuit is printed on the relay case. Those already familiar with relay wiring will likely immediately recognize how it works; As a beginner, it took me some experimentation to get it right. It is solidly built and has a green LED that lights up to release excess coil voltage once the coil circuit is opened. Replaces an unreliable push button switch

I use this relay to power the channel booster fan. The relay coil is powered from the EAC terminals on my forced air handling unit. I used a push button switch for this function, but the first push button switch stopped turning the fan on after about a year, and a replacement didn't turn the fan off after a few weeks. 110 VAC is applied to the EAC terminals. whenever the oven fan turns on. The EAC terminals don't have enough power for my duct fan, so this relay is needed. And it costs less than
