The fan was ordered for a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder and was delivered in about 3 days. The factory fan started screeching and screeching, so I went ahead and ordered one just in case it stopped working. After putting off replacing this part in my Xterra for much longer than I should have, I purchased this part. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. I searched and evaluated a lot before I got this one. If you go to a Nissan dealer expect to spend >$200. Parts stores like AutoZone or O'Reilly sell them for around $100.
