Durafast Crosscutfit Swimsuit for Women by TYR SPORT Review

This is an amazing costume. Rated 4 stars because it's smaller than Tyr's profitable suits. It is incredibly durable and will not fade.

According to my daughter on the swim team this is the real deal. She swims 5 days a week and competes monthly, so she has a lot of expensive costumes. It's genuine and a steal for the price.

Really good quality and very comfortable. Mine is a little stretched but I increased it to give less strain on my shoulders/neck (I have neck issues). The color is still good after 3 months. 2x/3x pool swims per week.

My daughter is in Junior Guardsmen this summer. We bought two suits. A speedometer and a TYR. This suit is of much higher quality and withstands daily contact with salt water and chlorine much better. I will buy two of these next year.

Polyester doesn't stretch like Lycra, so it's difficult to put on and take off. I thought I would break the straps the first time. However, because the cross straps are sewn together at the back, they stay in place while you swim, which is more important. I wish they would make this style out of lycra.

I love this Ironman training swimsuit. I also like to just wear it on the boat or in the pool with my kids because it's very comfortable and I love the style of the back. I had to return my original size up a size as it runs a bit small. I'm 5'9" and 128. I have a smaller chest but an athletic build. I originally ordered 32 which was too short for the upper body. Size 34 fits perfectly.

Ordered this suit twice and received the wrong suit both times. The first time I thought maybe they accidentally sent the wrong product. The second time I had to send it back too. The suit I received was not a diamond fit as advertised. Instead, I got an open back "side-by-side" fit. Someone needs to update the costume description. I am sure the quality of the suit is excellent. we love TIR. But the product description does not match the product received. Twice.
