One of the 3.0 ports only works with 2.0 speed. everything else works as it should. I won't be returning it just because I really need 2 2.0 ports for the controllers and 1 3.0 port for the portable drive. It still gives me 4 working ports on the front of a case that has NONE. This has allowed me to add two additional USB 3.0 ports and two USB 2.0 ports to the front of my server. The ports worked, were recognized by Windows (Linux I'll check later), but I haven't checked the speed yet (USB 3.0 vs 2.0). I learned my lesson when I bought those gray market parts on the intranet; always check before installation. When I first tested this front panel, I noticed that you have to wiggle the flash drive in the USB 2.0 port for it to recognize the drive. The 3.0 ports worked fine, but I haven't checked the audio jacks yet.
