Works well: Winch Accessory

Installed and not even on the winch the day before I had to pull someone out of a ditch. Excellent strength, climbed on the reel without stretching.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Annoying

Great product for exterior accessories

I bought this product to pull my race car off the trailer. The rope is a bit thicker than a comparable size rope but works well. The product works as advertised.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Anchor detached from the rope

We assembled and tested the trainability and it detached. We fixed and coiled the cable. Luckily, the cable is much longer than the cable we replaced, so we're confident we won't have any trouble recovering, knowing we're not fully relaxing.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Negative impression

Rope for pulling a tree! Best cable

I used this rope to lower a 120 foot white oak tree. I used a 4 ton cable puller and tied more knots as I pulled. The rope was great, very flexible, easy to climb stairs. I'm glad I used it when the tree fell onto another tree and I had to discard it. It was unbelievably exciting. It broke all the branches and worked like a charm! A+

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Socket required

very strong no stretch

thought it would break first time, pleasantly surprised when I used it to pull 100ft of cotton while deer were pulling anything a 4000lb tractor could pull, lost footing, so i went back and sat on it a couple of times with 10ft of slack, never broke the line, im impressed a different eyelet ring could have been used but am happy with it, don't think the cord is the same size would be stronger and if it were a bolt wouldn't weigh enough to cause play damage after 50 years of steel wire tension…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Pretty good

I bought this to replace the steel cable. Steel frays and cuts your hands. The first application was to uproot some decent cedar trees. There are no problems with the rope at all. I overloaded the winch at 9k and stopped the winch, the rope coped. I store my winch inside or outside in my car. The rope is clearly visible against the background of trees and vegetation. I am very satisfied and after a few weeks I justified the purchase and it paid for itself. A better mounting ring with a curve…

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • High Price
