This product works exactly as advertised. I'm using it to connect an HDMI camera for use as a webcam, but it could probably be used for many other purposes as well. The picture quality at 1080p is good. My computer automatically recognizes it as a camera, so all I have to do is select the correct input in the recording or conferencing software. Use it for live streaming and video recording. The quality is good, just remember to set the camera to 1080p 60 or it won't output to your computer. Once it's done, it literally plugs in and runs with no performance issues. The only thing I complain about is that the box heats up during long broadcasts. The device works super nice picture just plug and play. It took a while to get here due to Covid-19 but the seller made every effort to deliver on time and pack tightly. The nice touch on the mask is also very considerate. A 4k version is coming soon, very versatile for streaming, turning your camera into a webcam easily recognized by a PC or any streaming software like OBS.

This HDMI to USB box is perfect for capturing 1080p video at 60fps on my MacBook Pro with Catalina; The original video comes from 2 different cameras. The laptop only has USB-C/Thunderbolt ports, so the box connects via a USB-A to USB-C adapter - no problem.
