We love this little adapter. It's pretty solidly made, it's nice and compact, it's colorful so hard to lose, and it works pretty well. My only complaints are: a) The little switches that change the type of wall outlet adapter can be a bit tricky to mount, but hardly. I have a feeling they will work themselves out over time. Works like I needed it! A must for international travel. I see many people confusing the word "converter" with such items. It's not a converter, just an "adapter". It doesn't convert 240 to 120, so make sure you only use elements that are rated for both 120/240 and 50/60 Hz and you won't have a problem.
