The ability to manage all aspects of the customer relationship from initial contact through final payoff. I like that it allows me to have access to my account information in the back office at any time, not just during business hours. I dislike that you cannot transfer files between accounts. The ease in connecting to my accounts and being able to see at a glance where I am spending my money. Not having access to all my accounts at once. I always need more than one account open just to keep track of my funds in multiple banks. Also not being able to transfer money between my bank accounts without going through the system.
