Return pipe attachment problem

The supply pipe is robust eliminating the leak prone OEM flex line. The return pipe brackets are too short and my installer didn't use them and said the factory pipe was better, everything else was fine.

I had to use a dremel with some excess solder to make it fit.

Everything worked out in the end, after grinding there is solder on the side plug of the oil cooler. I was furious at first, but as I worked on the 6.0 EGR, DPF, turbo, oil cooler and the outrageously clogged intake manifold, I reminded myself that such a struggle to just sand down a sloppy job is only a SMALL problem for a novice mechanic to tackle shady trees. imho such a crazy big task! My truck started and kicked, I'm sure this part helped.

Not the best choice: Spare parts

Disappointing and not worth degrading. It seems that you really do get what you pay for in this case. I removed the turbine to install these parts, but found that the drain pipe was too long and the supply line had an uneven bend, rendering both parts unusable. At this point I had to reinstall the old drain pipe, supply line and turbine using the gasket and o-rings that came with the kit. Will the seller refund the money for the tube and pipe? I bet I know Get rid of the same hassle I went…

JUST BUY THE FORD KIT

I compared them to my old non-reconditioned turbo lines when I didn't have a turbocharger - the supply lines I.D.s were slightly larger but the drain lines were almost as nice. Anyway, I installed this kit, it provided my turbo with plenty of oil, but because it didn't drain fast enough, it blew the bottom seals and caused a nasty leak in my turbo. It's the only thing I've saved up on, and I've learned my lesson again: Buy right the first time, or don't do it at all. The Ford kit has a…
