Faucet is beautiful, looks expensive for a great price. The only complaint is that the hot and cold knobs are mislabeled. If you install according the the way they come labeled hot and cold the handles face forward when the water is off and pushed to the side like the product picture when the water is running. Switching the handles was a quick and easy fix.

Recently remodeled our guest bathroom, and tried to do it on somewhat of a budget. Took the risk on this faucet, and it was so worth it! It looks amazing & works great. I do remember getting the handles properly installed was a bit tricky & required both me and my husband’s hands to complete. All in all, I definitely recommend this faucet!

Bought this months back and just got to point of install. Fairly simple to install as I have experience with sink installations. The product is solid and looks beautiful. The main issues are they LEAK bad at all but one of the three quick connects (double vanity, 2 faucets.) No matter what I do, they just leak. Now I'm stuck with this as it cant be returned. I was pleasantly surprised of the quality and ease to install.Delivery came in a few days and the selection and cost was better than what I found in LOWES or Home Depot. You have to hand it to Best Buy on the items they display for purchase, their supplier standards have increased greatly over the years and this vanity bath faucet is proof of that. Couple that with the quality of reviews you can read, assures a very high outcome on purchases.

Hired a plumber to install. Didn’t work, recalled him, didn’t work. Gave a poor rating earlier. Son visited, re- installed and now works like it was intended. Gave a bad rap on the fixture when it should have applied to the plumber. Gave only 4 stars since I believe theinstructions were limited.

I bought and installed two of the matte black faucets. Straightforward installation. I didn’t have any issues with mislabeled hose connections or broken hoses. All in all I like them. They look great and appear to be quality. Time will tell how well they hold up but for a quarter of the price of something similar (that’s likely made in the same Chinese factory), you can’t beat these faucets.

This is working great. I was so nervous to use an off brand faucet but it’s been in for six months with no issues. I installed it myself and I’m a 37 yo woman who does graphic design for a living. I love these! They look great with my new white shaker vanity. When they were installed as you can see on the handles or’s little scratches that’s from coming out of the boxes now the ring around the Fossett itself. I’m not sure if that’s supposed to be there. Hi! Love the faucet itself but the quick connect hose (black one) came bent. Thought it was ok to install anyway, NOW we realize that causes the faucet to be defective when in use. It’s only been a few months and it barely gets any use. So sad it doesn’t function properly. Hoping to get a new hose at the very least in return since it’s been less than a yr since purchased.

Good quality, one handle was knicked when we opened it but not enough to hassle with a replacement. Install was odd trying to get the handles to turn the proper way and rest at the correct position. We had to hack a fix but we made it work. Overall happy with the purchase.

The look is nice and it seems like it will last. My only concern is splashing. The spigot forward reach barely clears the sink and it looks a little short for the style but I’ll keep it.

Seller said we just have to live with paint peeling off. Said we needed to keep sink dry. It is a ink. Sinks get wet! The product may not come with all necessary installation hardware, requiring additional purchases.

I absolutely love the look of this faucet. It was easy to install. Used some extra plumbers tape I had sitting around the house. So far so good. I have gotten many compliments.

I actually really love this faucet for the look. However, we couldn't get it to tighten very well on this vanity so it wobbles a bit. The stopper pushes down but then it doesn't pop back up.
