Looks nice-need different mounting hardware

I love the look of these handles. I purchased because of the backplate. The problem with this product is the mounting screws.they are "screws", and to anyone who is using these for barn doors, they are not strong enough to hold the weight of these heavy doors. I purchased some black bolts and acorn nuts with washers to retrofit the handle to my barn doors. This was a great fix.This product should have had this type of mounting hardware included.I ordered these from Ebay:Acorn nuts…

Sturdy handle for a sturdy gate!

This is a super sturdy handle that is holding up wonderfully for my outdoor gate. It's been through extreme heat and cold temps and gets a lot of foot traffic. It's comfortable on the hand and handles a large outdoor gate with ease. The modern style at this low price beats anything you'd pick up at your local hardware store. Great purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

Nice looking handles for the price, but the screws?

For the price, this is a very nice looking set of door handles. They are hollow and lightweight but function fine and look very nice when mounted. My only complaint are the included screws, as they are literally drywall screws. Why would you detract from the look with some ugly, clunky looking screws? Do yourself a favor and pick up some #4 black finish screws that will countersink properly.

Very pretty and good quality door handle!

Love these handles, they are perfect for my double barn doors which are 9’ tall. They match the black hardware on the door perfectly! They’re heavy but have 8 screws holding them in. This is NOT a pair, only one per pack but unlike me you probably read everything. Also, the ends DO turn to make it easier to get the screw in. My husband figured this out after installing the first one.

  • We were looking for handles that look hand crafted and these fit the bill. Very happy with them

Gorgeous and well made

Love these (hate that they went up $1 ea from time I put in cart.) but they arrived well packaged, are very well made, and look gorgeous! The "thank you" card inside was a sweet touch :)

Missing Screws for my opinion

I ordered two handles and only one handle came with the screws. Thanks for attention. We will have to go out and buy black screws to match

Minor issue. on my review.

It will look great when installed, however we did not receive the screws that says included in the description. Not a big deal, as we have screws, but we will have to take the extra step of spray painting them black to match the handle. However, they should have been in our package.

Rustic? Funky? Yes!

I love the rustic look of this item! It blends with many types of decor as well. even Steampunk! It's heavy duty without being heavy or bulky. Just the right finish to allow adequate grip for safety, yet stylish. Definitely recommend to others.

CRAP - WELDED CROOKED - AVOID

OF COURSE WE NOTICED THE FACT IT WAS WELDED TOGETHER CROOKED AFTER IT WAS INSTALLED. Very nice quality. I like the style and the size is perfect. Nothing else needs to be said!. NOW I'M STUCK WITH IT.

Sold as exterior use. Not exterior. Use internal only.

Fabricated well. Easy to install. Good sturdy handle. Says exterior use however corrosion occurred in the welded joint between plate and bar within 2 days.

Really well made, look great. The backing is a bit skinnier than I anticipated, but I’m really happy with how it came out.

Nice Handles But Some Issues

I ordered a pair of these but after receiving them I noticed one of the handles was 5/16" longer than the other. Since I was installing them on a pair of sliding barn doors this was unacceptable. I ordered a third handle and it matched the longer of the two originals so I just returned the short one.Other than this problem the handles are very nice with a matte black powder coat finish.

You get what you pay for

These look good from far but far from good. They are not solid steel they are made from either steel tube or aluminum. They are very light. I bough these for an exterior door though if you want them for indoors and don't care about the quality it's good enough

Great product, thin profile

This worked out great however one of the hardware screws wasn’t cut out(the head was filled in making it look moreso like a nail) I had to find a replacement screw which unfortunately ended up not matching the color of the original hardware. Overall though great product!

Great for barn door applications

Needed to install a barn door system to a closet opening in a small bedroom as a swinging door or a bifold was too restrictive. Needed a handle for the slab door used. This product proved to provide a good solution. Easy to install. Not the most visually pleasing, but good bang for the buck.

Good quality, modern design

I bought this as a gate handle. We liked it so much that we bought a 2nd one for the other side of the gate. It's good quality at a good price. Style and texture were some of the noticeable differences between the ones we saw at Home Depot. This one gave us the clean lines and modern feel that we were looking for. We've had this for about 2 months so far and no issues.

These handles are gorgeous!

What a gorgeous handle and the price! I looked online and for something this big, I was looking at 2 or 3 times the price. Then I found these. They are sturdy and beautiful for a fraction of the cost. I love these on our barn door!
