We have some high end expensive umbrella lights and wanted another for an older umbrella we had outside without spending a lot. This light is surprisingly bright and very functional. It clips easily to various pole diameters using a spring adjustment clamp. It has a very secure fit and ability to mount facing upward for a nice mood light. This is a very nice light. It works as expected, with three levels of lighting, outer ring or inner ring or both. I only wish it came in another color, like brown or bronze to match my Lanai/Pool decor.

I got this to provide extra light where my cantilever umbrella was. It attached without issues, although whenever I open and close it, I need to adjust it. I do leave it on there all of the time and it hasn't had any issues. It provides a decent amount of light and uses AA batteries. This umbrella light works perfectly! It is VERY bright if you use all 24 LED's. We usually just use the four center LED's for dinner and use the 20 outer lights when we need to illuminate the entire table. We use the light on a large, rectangular table that seats 6-8 people. Easy to install. Adjust its height up or down to change the area illuminated. Two light settings allow you to adjust the ambience. Our only recommendations are related to the light switch arrangement. We would like to see a third, "lower" light setting, and would like to see the light controlled by a single, 3-position switch. Also, the switch is hard to find and operate at night.
