The Pintel caps fit perfectly. You only need to apply a little pressure to get a tight fit on the nozzle. Don't believe others who say they don't fit.

Not suitable. The caps that fit the handpiece are too small. They may be designed for narrower injectors, but they don't fit my 1993 22re injectors.

It wasn't difficult at all. Pretty surprised how easy it was to make. MPG jumped significantly. You need these copper washers for the fuel lines, but you can get them cheaply from Harbor Freight. Very happy about the afternoon work.

I didn't want to replace these parts but one of the original parts broke. Then I found that all original parts became hard and brittle. This is very profitable compared to buying new nozzles. I used Marvel Mystery Oil to clean the injectors.

With this kit I was able to restore normal Denso injectors after cleaning! Use a screw and thread it into the top of the nozzles, then use pliers to pull the filter out. Soak the needle caps in very hot water before trying to put them on and you can use a counter or something to press them all the way down. Keep in mind that they require quite a bit of power!
