🔲 Pink/Blue 24x36-Inch Professional Self Healing Cutting Mat for Scrapbooking, Quilting, Sewing - Non-Slip, Durable, 5-Ply PVC Material Review

This cutting mat is described and sold as 24" x 36". It is actually 23 x 35 inches. I contacted the company and they told me as the margins were 1/2 inch which is why it is described that way! It's just such a far-fetched excuse! We don't measure from edge to edge, we measure the grid on the mat. All I ask is that they advertise their product honestly. Had I known the true mesh sizes I would NOT have purchased this particular rug as there are others that are honestly and correctly advertised.

I'm very happy with this product but I have a few complaints about it (not quite deducting a star, but complaints nonetheless). First of all, the delivery left a lot to be desired. This hobby rug measures approximately 35 3/8 x 23 1/2. It's not as advertised. The description says 24x36 so why skimp a little and save pennies on plastic? You don't need exactly 24x36 for most things, so why make a big deal out of it? Well the numbers go up to 22 x 34 and it would be nice to be able to measure 2ft by 3ft sometimes. fake quality self-healing mat. Fiskars has a GENUINE 36" self-healing mat. This one is neither. Every mark I made is still there on the surface, so it no longer has a smooth, even surface. It has no "ductility" that allows the cutting blade to cut through the material.
