Second one is as good as the first has been

This is the second Tapas mat I've had and I have been very pleased with both of them. They are thin enough to not make it hard to balance but thick enough to give a little padding. The surface is easy to grip and to clean. I usually just rinse it off in the shower.

Pros
  • ‎2.1 Pounds
Cons
  • The mat may be too dense, making it difficult to carry around

Too slick to use in my review

So slick after 4 uses and cleanings it was dangerous. I do not use this mat. I really like all the other hugger mugger products I have, but the mat is not acceptable.

Pros
  • ‎0.08 x 9.45 x 26.77 inches
Cons
  • The mat cannot be folded easily for storage or transport

Great durable and light weight sticky yoga mat

I did not buy this product from this seller, but pleasantly surprised that this product is still around! I bought mine (purple color) over 15+ years ago and it is still in a great shape! It is thin (but yoga mats were all thin like this one when I purchased yoga mats)light weight, sticky, and makes inprint, but back it up again in seconds to this day. Great product! Love, love this mat and I cannot say if it is the same quality but I hope they still keep the same quality as mine purchased from…

Pros
  • Awesome mat. Gain real peace of mind buy supporting American companies.
Cons
  • Basic Mat- could have purchased from Walmart or Target for less money

Great choice for a first yoga mat

This is the first yoga mat I've ever purchased and it is fabulous. It is thin and light enough to be easily portable, yet dense enough to cushion feet, elbows and knees. Based on other reviews, I washed it in a washing machine a couple of times before using it and line dried it. The grip is fine for beginner-type workouts - I can't speak to anything more advanced. This mat is far superior to anything I saw at local big box stores, yet is comparably (and moderately) priced.

Pros
  • Latex-free
Cons
  • The mat may produce unnecessary noise during movement due to its sticky texture
