Fast warranty processing of defective products after yse

Nowadays in e-commerce, one rarely gets great and fast return/refund service, so I don't usually try to start a return/refund since it brings a lot of trouble. However, JSAUX is an exception. I use my phone A LOT for work and subject it to physical constraint and flexing, and usually the weak point is the Type-C connector section of the cable. So I saw that they were made with a braided outer sleeve and a piece of rubber on that end. I originally bought these cables about 6 months ago. 1 cable…

Updated 13/06/18 I am pleased to report that after I contacted the manufacturer about the promised product warranty - all via email - they responded to me quickly to have. Within 4 days I received new cables and replaced the 2 original cables I brought in January 2018 which were defective. As I mentioned, very durable material, no breaks or flashes on the cord itself, which alone explains why the cords aren't charging. I thought it would be difficult to contact the manufacturer but they turned…

Jsaux USB-C chargers convinced me that not all USB chargers are created equal.

I have used many different USB chargers over the years. I had to throw them all out, invariably, long before I thought their "sinking" was reasonable, either because the cable itself was frayed just below the metal part at the end that connects to the device, or because the metal part goes into it Device deforms to such an extent that the charging cable no longer charges the device. I recently upgraded from an old Samsung Galaxy Edge to a new S10+. The newer model uses a newer type of USB cable
