I have been using this product since July of last year. This is not a product I would recommend to anyone. I've noticed that my screen turns off when I charge my laptop with this adapter. Even when I tried unplugging and plugging it back in, it didn't work. So I have to wait at least two hours before I can use the adapter again. And even then, the screen is sometimes static. I needed to extend my Mac's screen to a monitor. Difficult to connect to HTML port every time. I'm trying to cast to the monitor from another laptop and it works right away

Perfect fit for my Samsung S10. Just plug into the S10 and connect it to a TV via HDMI and I can play videos on the big screen. I can charge my phone through this device while playing videos on my TV. It also works with my Lenovo laptop. Plug it into my laptop's USB-C port, I get an extra USB 3.0 port and a second HDMI port, which can add a second LCD monitor to my laptop. It's cute and small enough to carry around.

I have used this product to play movies from my smartphone (Galaxy S10e) to an outdoor projector via HDMI and it has worked flawlessly. Very happy with this purchase.

It worked great for a week or two but started acting weird shortly after like the picture from my Samsung stopped showing on my TV until I turned it off and I didn't reconnect my Type-C cable or I would have to wiggle the HDMI cable or whatever to get it working again. Since then it hasn't worked at all. This is a good product; This is the only one I could find with those specific 3 ports I need to stream from my Samsung to my TV via the DeX system. But it sure didn't take long.
