Fantastic knife for the price! I can't believe it worked so well and I'm so glad I bought 2! I was looking for everyday knives to replace my old dull and chipped dangerous knives without losing a ton of money. They are beautiful and strong, solidly built and very sharp! I am very pleased!

I was very happy with this knife until it broke. This is NOT a full stock (a single piece of metal grip) as it appears. This is an illusion created by two VERY thin strips of metal. My knife has never been abused, always hand washed and kept in a pad. Please see the attached photo to see what ultimately awaits any buyer of this knife.

Excellent kitchen knives (I bought two)! We love their quality! The knife is sharp! No complaints because why should I order a dull knife? It must be spicy! As the saying goes, a dull knife is more dangerous. They need to be sharpened or sharpened like all knives to maintain quality! I've had mine since November, and a few months ago (maybe March) it needed sharpening.

BUYER BEWARE! Bought these knives because of the low price. Supposedly stainless steel. After a few weeks I discovered that one of them was starting to rust. According to the description it is rust free. Also, I laser engraved it for use with the spray they use on surgical equipment in operating rooms because it's FDA cleared. When I did the laser engraving on the knife, the blade really started to bend. Cheap steel knife, you get what you pay for.

I needed a full size knife so I ended up with this one, here's my review. 1) Full Tang: This knife has a full shaft and therefore has the highest strength at the handle 2) Blade: Stainless steel blade and well balanced 3) Spine: Thick and strong, perfect for the length of this knife 4) Bolster: Bolster protects index finger in front the food you cut. I wish there were more knives of the same style to add to complete the set.

It's amazing that this knife is this good considering how affordable it is! Far exceeded my expectations! I wondered if it wouldn't be a blade like some cheap knives have done in the past. I've sharpened it about 20 times on each side with a sharpener and it went through plastic wrap, meat, veggies and all with ease. Balanced, provides the "right" grip and allows you to mince garlic or chop onions like you would only expect from a much more expensive knife. Highly recommended!

Let me tell you straight up that this isn't the best knife in the world. But as a knife fanatic I take my knives very seriously and for the price I don't think you can beat this knife. It has great weight and balance. The blade got very sharp and shaved hair right out of the box. It's not the prettiest knife in the world, but if you're buying knives to look at, you probably aren't looking at this knife anyway. However, if you want a good chef's knife without spending a fortune, look no further.
