Amazing on cutlery and knife accessories
I needed a full size knife so I ended up with this one, here's my review. 1) Full Tang: This knife has a full shaft and therefore has the highest strength at the handle 2) Blade: Stainless steel blade and well balanced 3) Spine: Thick and strong, perfect for the length of this knife 4) Bolster: Bolster protects index finger in front the food you cut. I wish there were more knives of the same style to add to complete the set.
