Far exceeded expectations!
Surprised how good this knife is considering how affordable it is! Far exceeded my expectations! I wondered if it wouldn't be a blade like some cheap knives have done in the past. I've sharpened it about 20 times on each side with a sharpener and it went through plastic wrap, meat, veggies and all with ease. Balanced, provides the "right" grip and allows you to mince garlic or chop onions like you would only expect from a much more expensive knife. Highly recommended!
