In short, not as advertised.

I bought this to make Native American flutes. I needed a 7/8 router. This cutter is 1/16" smaller. It's made in China and cuts well, but the size isn't listed on the box.

Pros
  • Power Tool Parts and Accessories
Cons
  • Big and Bulky

Works great on a hardwood cutting board

I used a 1 inch nose drill to cut a sap groove in a large cutting board. It had to cut through all sorts of hardwood joints and corners, both with and against the wool, and it did a really good, smooth job.

Pros
  • Router Parts & Accessories
Cons
  • No Auto

Good value for money

Inexpensive. It did the job (one thing) but it's wasted. And that's all I needed it for. If you need it for a project - at this price you can't go wrong. Sharp out of the box but wear out quickly. If you're serious about your beats and need something for heavy or regular use, spend your money and buy something like Freud or Whiteside.

Pros
  • Power and hand tools
Cons
  • No manuals
