1/4" shank with 45 degree 5/8" cutting length, 1-2/5" (35.5mm) cutting dia; 2-1/3" (59mm) overall length; 1/2-inch bearing dia. Professional grade tungsten carbide tip cutters, solid hardened steel(45+Hardness) body with anti-kickback design. Cuts plywood, hardwoods, and softwoods, chipboard, and MDF etc. Use on electric router, edge trimmer, CNC and other automatic routers. Suitable for creating a uniform chamfer on the edge of the work piece. Chamfer size can be adjusted by changing the height of the router bit. Cannot be used to cut ferrous metal and non wood materials. Suggested feed rate: 2-5m/min; suggested spindle speed: 18000-22000rpm/min.

Terrible product: power tools and hand tools

Invest in quality, not this . When first used, the camp ripped and blocked the IP in the router, eventually flying out of the router and through the store

  • Cuts plywood, hardwood, softwood, chipboard, MDF etc. Used on electric routers, edgers, CNC and other automatic routers

  • Cord is shorter than other cutters

Good bit at a good price

Good bit, cuts very clean. The bearing is smooth. I had a lot of bearing grease squeezing out the first few passes. This has happened to me on some test devices, so it's ok, be aware.

Outstanding quality at a very reasonable price.

I bought a couple of router bits from Uxcell and was very impressed with their construction and finish. As a professional carpenter, I appreciate the excellent quality and low price of these bits. Whiteside cutters work no better and cost more than twice as much. This is great value.
