Poor Quality Spiral Cutter

The spiral cutter is a complete waste. According to my experience, it is the worst quality cutter I've ever used. The tool doesn't cut straight, and it keeps slipping out of the collet. The result is a totally uneven mill cut that is unusable. The only positive is that it is cheap, but you get what you pay for. The downside is that it is an unreliable and poorly made product. I would not recommend this cutter to anyone.

Pros
  • Efficient in cutting spiral shapes and straight lines accurately
Cons
  • Difficult to handle for beginners due to its sharp blade

Dulls quickly with cutting tools

I needed to insert some dados into a plywood and molded countertop to add a T-track for my woodworking station. It took me 4 passes to remove most of the material with this nozzle. After 3-48" 4-pass cuts, each of these bits becomes useless. I know Formica is pretty tough stuff, but I was expecting the bit to last longer.

Great range of cutting machines.

I have been milling aluminum parts and these bits work great for me. I keep it wet when cutting and have had no problems with it. I used it a little on some steel and it worked great. I don't use them every day but I've spent about 20 hours on them. Cutting aluminum doesn't hurt.

Pros
  • End Mill
Cons
