It's not worth it! on spares

I installed this soundbar on my 2018 Civic Sport Turbo a week ago. Before installing this plate, I was getting about 24 mpg city and over 34 mpg on the highway. You can drive 300 to 340 miles on a full tank. I'm now maxing out at 19-20mpg worldwide and my range probably peaked at 270 miles. Yes, I drive a lot, but in the end that $20 for a cool sound will cost you hundreds of gas.

Pros
  • Function: improves turbine response and vents excess charge air to atmosphere instead of returning it to the engine's air ducts.
Cons
  • poorly thought out
